What is the best tactic for the 8th stage of the Giro d'Italia of monday morning?

Not knowing anything about your leader, I'd say if he can get away with 20055 with a good helper(s) who can go 31152 or 32250, he'd do good.

I can tell you that my leader will not be using 20055 because he's not good enough to do so.

I am hoping that someday I'll have a rider who can use the theoretical 00005, as noted by agtxla, but that may only be in my dreams.

Q: At what temperature does hot weather attribute come into play?

At 30 degrees. So in fact, in Bealach there were 2 weather icons active, yet only 1 is shown.

10 degrees or less, cold weather icon is active.

In Tirreno, I won the first stage with Jean Paul Grevisse. He did so in a free role (see screenshot below). I didn't receive the associated 'achievement' though.
It has been a few days ago now, so I wonder if the achievement might be bugged?

Sorry, I am very busy .

I check it ( later) and I didn't find well the problem.
I change a bit the code and I put the achievement manually.

Thanks for answering Oska. And don't worry, I understand you are busy.  :)

I'm wondering, what is the current CFF player base by nationality?

You can see it in supporter options

How many points are awarded for the various stages in a grand tour? It seems like the winner of the first stage in the tour got 90 points for winning, while my own time trial winner only got 45 points. It's hard to calculate if it's worth aiming for the green jersey,if the stage points isn't known...?

That's interesting, because if you look back at past results, it gives Matthias Roossen in stage#1 45 points for stage win and 7 points for intermediate sprint. Not only doesn't it show sprint points for stage#2 (TT) Roossen finished 57th.
So Roossen should have 52 points.
Yet if we search tour, he has 97 green points.

The same discrepancy will be present with all other cyclists.  So there's a misalignment between the points shown for each individual stage, and points shown for tour overall (possibly individual stage display data not updated from reformulation of green points from several seasons ago).

If S5 is flat (green) then there are double points at the finish (so in the TdF stage 1, stage 4, stage 6 and stage 10). This doesn't count for TT's.

I was actually thinking of real life nationality.  The reason I'm wondering is that there's several CFF nations that aren't actually active, and I would suspect they wouldn't have anybody from those countries playing.  If there's no interest in these in CFF, then maybe it would be beneficial to change them to another nationality that might have more interest.  The advantage here is that you wouldn't need to add new CFF nations (which would dilute the numbers in smaller CFF nations),  plus it might attract a small level of extra activity.  Don't know if anybody from Poland, Czech Republic, or even Kazakhshan plays, or could be attracted into the game.
