Shit. I was so sure i was the only one to pick Nibali and Landa.

Yeah, what a strange pick  ;D

But now Carlos Verona will be second. After Dumoulin :P

He will have to beat Ciccone  ;D

Btw, I think Verona will make a nice Giro. Hopefully he can finish top 20  :)

I just can't believe I didn't pick Kittel, I'm such an idiot. I prefer the other prono game, where I'm first.
Don't worry too much, Kittel won't race the entire Giro.

For me, I can't believe I don't have any exclusive picks.  I have around 4 selections which are at least a bit stupid.

No true most points are given in the GC.

Who did you pick? only bit stupid one I can find is pozzovivo, rest I can understand.

Well Kittel is expected to leave around states 10-12, so it'll be zero points for everybody else after then (plus zero GC points).

McCarthy, Jay is clearly a silly pick by me.

I dont think Pozzovivo is a bad pick. He hasnt really performed lately but he is always good in the Giro (think last season he crashed out in stage 3, but 2014 he was 5th or so) and will be the sole leader now that Peraud has abandoned.

Jay McCarthy is another story. I dont expect much from him :P

Edit: and for most points in the GC: he already has 2 stage wins which gives him 280 points. You would have to have a rider end up near the top 3 to beat that. So Kittel will definately be one to score big this season.

Kittel yes, but if he wins two more stages he scored a lot of points, so probably worth. McCarthy might shows something in some stages.

If a rider ends top 3 in the GC he must get points in stages too  ;D

Yes, but a rider somewhere near #10 in the GC will not get many points, also not in the stages usually. So Kittel would be a better pick even if he abandons soon.

@Aurora, in my opinion there is just one strange pick in your team: Hesjedal, hopeless out of form. McCarthy however isn't a bad pick, he is a nice hillsprinter, I think he can score enough points.  I think he will do top 10 today :p

I'm going to transform the points between each manager and the leader in "minutes and seconds", so the GC looks more real  ;D

Can you put the points also somewhere for example, what does it mean 14 seconds behind?
