Finaly a good result for Australia: Furey took the bronze medal. Last season he ended 18th in the same race so after chanching the tactics a bit Im very satisfied with the result. Overall we still having a hard time at place 7 in the ranking. But after rain there will be sunshine (a few seasons rain...)

Good results Telamon considering the current top Aussie cyclists aren't to the same godlike class as those several seasons ago.

Btw: I can't take an NT position, I have legal appearances in relation to my previous employer on both sides of Easter.

Thanks, you also well done, Telamon, 8th is very good with the not good elite generation.
Australia was better than 11 other countries.

WHO wants to manage One of the three NT teams?

I do, and I dont care which one

I'm not a candidate.
Fine be me if next season I'm not a NT manager, perhaps someone else wants to do the job, although there are just a few active Australian managers.
If someone wants to make his debut as NT manager (elite, u21 or u23), I can be the assistent NT manager. (edit ; if he wants my help)

Also no problem if I will be a NT manager next season, it is fun and I don' t care which team.
So most likely it is up to Telamon and WinterIsComing (big change he as nr2 of Australia also will be automatically NT manager again, just like me) which team to pick.

Next season :

Australia u21 = According to me this will be a very good generation, even better than this season and Australia u21 was 2nd this season.
Of course this does not mean Australia u21 will be 2nd again, the competition could be even better or the racing scedule is not good, but (almost) 100% sure that we are going to win one race with awesome TT talent David Edgar.

Australia u23 = Very good generation because this generation was 2nd as u21 NT.

Australia elite = As we know, Australia has not such a good generation ( this will change in a few seasons  :) ).
Top 10 would be very good, but of course it is always the highest honour to do the elite. Although next season it is more fun to do the u21 or u23 because they are very good generations.

My suggestion : Telamon did the not so good elite generation for a few seasons, perhaps it is more fun for him to do one of the good young generations next season. So up to him to make a choice, is my opinion.
I really don't care which team I will have next season, also fine by me if I have a break next season, or just be an assistent NT manager.
And I don't know what WiC wants, but I assume he will react in this topic also.

I would be okay to pass on the coaching job to someone else.

Last day to apply before we head into next season.

There was nog candidate for the ABS category, so I applied to make sure we have a BC this weekend. If someone else wants the job, please apply and I will withdraw from the election.

Go Australia!  :)
