Hi Fountainbleau, good to see you here. I've been around in this division for a few seasons now, building up my own squad in the meantime. My goal for this season is simple, I'd like to promote. Let's have some fun this season. :)

Good start to the season. My riders finished 4th, 8th, 12th, 18th & 22nd and I am leading the division after the first race. Now my young riders will race and I will see everyone again for Paris-Nice :)

Well done WinterIsComing with your race win :)

Thx, we were both winners in this first race. I don't anticipate on many points in the Hillsprint homerace in Melbourne though. Got some cyclists for the cobb/hill window afterwards.

My team for Paris Nice:

Simon Leander (Leader)
Vahur Ehapalu (Free Role)
Patrocinio Rey (Free Role)
Andre Gotz (Helper)
David Ray (Free Role)

I am going to try and be greedy and get Leander, Ehapalu and Rey in the top 20 in the GC.
Ray is going for a high finish in the white jersey.

The cobbled hills were nice, excited to see what we can achieve in the first Small Tour of the season, Paris-Nice.

My Team:
91. Hector Peinador (Team Leader)
92. Dave Modison
93. Antonio Ocampo
94. Elgin Spence
95. Jan Jaap Voets

Goal is top 5 with Peinador, although I'm not sure if that might be too ambitious. We will see.

Enjoy the races, everyone :)

Good start to Paris Nice. Leander finishes in the 1st group of 13 which included 2 other tour riders, Peris and Boit.
Ehapalu and Rey finished in the 2nd group at 25 seconds in a group of 18 which contained 6 other tour riders which included Peinador.

Great 2nd stage in Paris Nice. Finished 1st, 2nd and 4th in the stage. Overall Leander still equal 1st with Peris and Boit.
Ehapalu and Rey are next equal with 3 others which includes Peinador.

So far so good for Peinador. I don't think he is ready to challenge your cyclists for the top position, as they are in their prime years. Keep up the good work, Fontainbleau.  :)

Boit will be hard to beat. Last season he came 5th overall in Div 1 and he was leading after the time trial

I think there are actually quite a few good tour riders in our division. That is almost a guarantee for some good battles this season. Looking forward to watch them fron my driver's seat just beneath the top spots.

After the Time-Trial Leander is 3rd, Rey 7th and Ehapalu 11th. It went quite well as I expected as Ehapalu doesn't have Time-Trial. The current leader Peris I expect to drop off a lot in the last 2 stages as he doesn't even have bronze in mountain.

I am leading all the jerseys except for the most important one, the yellow jersey. Looks like Leander will be fighting Boit for it.

Peinador still going strong in 5th place in the GC

4th Stage of Paris Nice my riders finished 1st, 2nd and 9th. Leander now leads from Boit by 5 seconds. Should be an exciting last stage. Rey is now 6th overall and Ehalapu 9th. Again I lead all the jerseys except 1. The white jersey I am 2nd by 1 second.

Peinador up to 4th. I think he will finish either 4th or 5th overall. Great effort for a 27yo :)

Thanks. I didn't expect to do that well or to be leading the division. I only came into Paris-Nice with 197 points!
Leander ended up winning the yellow, polka dot and green jerseys. Won the team classification and came 2nd in the white jersey.

Congratulations with Peinador's 4th place. I was hoping Rey would catch him but he finished in the 1st group again.
