A little bit disappointed with this result, but Gatson had the same tactic as the winner of the race, so I guess he is just not as strong as I thought...

13    Bart Gatson      27   0: 15"   90      drulo_team
15    Hank Porte      25   0: 21"   70      CandasuTeam

45    Scott Fagan      26   0: 36"   0      Juggalos
47    Graham Hunt      25   0: 40"   0      Liquigas
49    Kenny Yon      24   0: 40"   0      Sauceda
87    Elvis Harris      25   0: 50"   0      Sjaaxobank
140    Greg Brady      25   1: 16"   0      Liquigas
142    Gary Wolf      24   1: 16"   0      Capernaum
145    Christian Cook      23   1: 16"   0      MalmöWarriors

7º   USA   160

Next race Kirk Malone will kick butt (hopefully).

Sometimes happens that. Ballesteros which was one of the favourites did a bad position also.  ;)

Good luck in next races  :D

Not that far, but climbing is our strongest category in the NT-races. Some are starting to get old, so some will soon decrease in skills, which is good for Daley.

He is 10th for the race and would have been selected if it wasn't because one of the riders close to him hadn't a weather icon.

I have a very good new. We have another USA team and its manager is very active! I'm helping him.

He have signed Kenny Yon, who was in free draft for new teams. So we have recovered him. ;)

1°   Kirk Malone   29   92,23   bestiesnegres WIND
2°   Seb Acree    28   89,84   bestiesnegres
3°   Brent Power    29   87,32   bestiesnegres
4°   Gerraint Lawson    30   86,93   DeporGalegoOscense SUN
5°   Paddy Friess    25   86,84   Reekse_Verkuhs
6°   Jake Stamer    26   86,57   Apuestas
7°   Mike Whisman   28   84,06   Shamrock
8°   Sammy Coburn   28   84,01   bestiesnegres WIND
9°   Steve Fluss   25   79,00   SCyclingUSA SUN

3 riders would have been selected, if it wasn't because of Steve's weather icon.
Bruce Winn   26      Apuestas
Daley Freeman   26      mortovia_cycling
Mark Mitchum   25      Calibre38

Kirk Malone has to win, else I will be disppointed. Very disappointed. And hopefully Seb Acree will finish top 5, and maybe one more in the top 20. Could be Lawson, because of his Sun icon.

Kirk won again, and we got two other riders in the points, though I'm shocked how bad Seb Acree performed this time. He was supposed to be a top 5 rider, and had same tactics as Kirk Malone. Shocked that he didn't follow the front this time, but we are on the top now. I had just wished that Seb would have performed better so we would have been even further in the lead before stages, where we are not that great.

1    Kirk Malone      29   0: 00"   300      bestiesnegres
9    Gerraint Lawson      30   0: 52"   130      DeporGalegoOscense
12    Brent Power      29   1: 02"   100      bestiesnegres

I thought Jonny Power would be racing for 2nd once I saw that Kirk Malone had the wind icon. At least he managed that  :)

Race 3 - Season 11

9    Charles Johnston      26   0: 00"   130      Liquigas
77    Noel Boozer      31   0: 45"   0      Pedrola
81    Mark Henderson      28   0: 45"   0      CyloN
91    Liam Lust      26   0: 45"   0      gesis
136    Oliver Collins      24   1: 10"   0      Euskadi2012
138    Nate Hoffman      23   1: 10"   0      TeamGiacomo
151    Stewart Dardar      25   1: 32"   0      Shamrock
157    Natham Hamsten      24   1: 32"   0      JoebaCycling
159    Tim Gailes      27   1: 32"   0      ONCE™

Boozer and Gailes were a huge disappointment. The same was Dardar. The helpers didn't do much help to Johnston, so happy with the 9th with Johnston, especially a whole race without help.

We are down in second now, but that was expected, because Spain is extremely strong in Sprints.

2º   USA   820

190 points ahead of the Netherlands.

Next race TT. We should be good enough to get some points in that one, and keep hanging on top 3.

Not much behind, but a lot of competition in TT.
