Thanks WinterIsComing!

For sure I'll be glad to ask you for some advice, as my tactical knowledge about the game is not very good haha! I just decided to run for the U23 manager vacancy as there were no other candidates, just in case I could help to develop the Australian NTs.

The flight from Australia to France was delayed, I guess. No U23 selection tonight.  :'(

If he remains inactive, we should ask oska if it is possible to change the coach of the U23-team.

We've done it before.

So, before we address the situation to Oska, who wants to take over? AA, Vos, someone else?

I can't, I've got court proceedings against my former employer coming up sometime soon.

Hmmmmm, I m available, that should be no problem, but I rather want someone else do it, because of :

# Very, very busy the next 2 weeks (but NT manager takes not a lot of time, so most probably no problem).
# Im not jumping up and down like a happy kangaroo to take it over.
That would be different if Australia u23 was first instead of the current 17th place (!), not much honor to achieve now, lol.
# Also I have barely official experience as NT manager, I just was once u21 NT manager of Nederland, back in 2014. Unofficially I have more experience as NT-manager, but when I stopped in may of this year all my rates from different races are gone (including lots of NT races). No problem for the normal CFF game, but for the NT races those rates are essential to make a good and proper selection and to make the best cyclist the leader of the race. So I need help with that, from for example WiC. I will post my wild guessed rates to WiC (or someone else) then, and then he can correct it if I m wrong. Tactics are no problem, of course no guarantee that the famous fox-tactics will be successfull.  ;)

So I rather want someone else to do it, but I m available. Positive things are :
# In the future perhaps I will be elected for NT manager, so I can gain already some experience the second half of this season.
# And of course the main positive thing is very simple ; Australia u23 needs a NT manager this season.

And if no other active manager wants to do it, then no problem to me, I will do it then. At least then I can spare Australia the shame of becoming last in the ranking of countries ( I hope  :)) ).

You'll be fine Vos. I'll send a message to Oska about the issue.
