Hey SCyclingUSA! Great job  ;)

I didn't know I have the best climber 19yo of USA!!!

I've other riders like Mayne but I guess that with specific stages they don't have enough.

In Mountain-Hills have you tried to evaluate Mark Mitchum? I think he could do a good job as helper.

You said we're weak in Mountain TT so I've promoted one who is in sale for 1€:

Arnold Clickett   Edad : 19   Sueldo : 826
Resistencia : 46   Sprint : 1   Montaña : 67
LLano : 4   Pavés : 69   Tecnica : 21
Descenso : 62   Colinas : 4   Agresividad : 14
Crono : 68   TraEqui : 65   Experiencia : 0

Do you think is worthy to train him? (if anybody bid for him)

difficult to say, but first thing is that he lacks in technique. But who knows, if he can get points in a u21 race. I don't know how the other countries generations look like. But I wouldn't think a top 10 is possible at all.

NOTE: We need riders with primary skills in cobblestones and sprint. I hope some of you will look for some in the upcoming season and in the last draft of this season.

12 new american draft riders. Pretty solid number. Some riders better than others ofcourse :)

Les Bookout | TeamLAW | Sprinter with a bit cobblestones
Charles Harmon | jienensescycling | Very talented climber
Vinnie Lloyd | DanishCyclingWarriors | Hills/cobblestones, low flat, else pretty good
Paul Segond | PeopleCrazy | Flat climber, low stamina and downhill, else fine on flat with finish on mountain
Kobe Battle | Monster | Flat hiller + TT
Franklin Benson | bestiesnegres | A good rider on cobblestones, low sprint, but else good
Natham Hamsten | JoebaCycling | Best sprinter in this draft, good beginning skills, low teamwork, else thumps up ;)
Patrick Garlick | Capernaum | Hiller with medium flat + High Acceleration and TT
James Clark | SkibetCycling | Great cobblestones/hills talent. best we got at this age. thumps up ;)
Rick Township | Mtbikers | He has the right skills for a climber, unfortunately very low stamina. High Acceleration.
Jeff Lincoln | cantabriapro | ?
Desmond Bird | Somio | I had this guy as my #1 until I got his stamina star :( He would have been a climber/hiller crack with higher stamina. So unlucky, but still very very very good.

I'm very happy with this start. It looks great, with more talent than last seasons 1. draft.  :D

I was following Paul Segond but 1* in stamina and 2* in downhill... I bit but not enough nevermind I had a bad one and fired him.

Good luck this year.  ;)

I hope so too. I need some climbers with good talent, and not like Steve Fluss that just keep crashing down on the list, while others keep going up.
I hope i'm a bit more lucky this season with american climbers, last season it took forever before i got a 19 yo.

Hi,

I see you already noticed Hamsten. I payed a lot for him(maybe to much  :P ) so just letting you know he gets 100% sprinting training for the next..2 seasons or something.
