1. The service

Cycling For Fun is a free online game. By signing up you accept these terms. The owner may change the game, its rules and these terms; important changes will be announced in the game.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts, using several accounts to benefit one of them, and any kind of cheating may lead to all the accounts involved being banned.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
• You can delete your account whenever you want from Delete my account.

3. Behaviour

Insults, harassment, spam, illegal or offensive content and impersonation are not allowed in usernames, team names, messages, the guestbook or the forum. Administrators may moderate or delete content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Supporters

Being a supporter is a voluntary contribution to keep the game running that gives access to extra features for the period stated when you make it. It is paid through PayPal. Because it is digital content activated immediately, by contributing you agree that it starts at once and that the right of withdrawal does not apply, except where the law provides otherwise or the service is not provided.

5. Availability and liability

The game is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available, but there may be interruptions, bugs or changes in how races are calculated. The owner is not liable for damage caused by such incidents except where the law requires it.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
